Made of Honour Screening by Adverlets

Surprise.



I've been invited to watch the special screening of Made of Honour, starred by famous McDreamy, Patrick Dempsey, in TGV, One Utama.



Actually I wasn't invited by the organiser itself, but by Su Jan. EHEHEHE..Thanks GIRL!! For having me to watch together.



Well, she got the tics by her blogger friend, Uncle Josh. Only 2 tics. I'm the lucky one to go with her.



We reached at 8, and we saw few other bloggers. Collected the tics and the crowd got bigger as time goes. More leng luiz and leng chais, Bloggers, famous bloggers, even celebrity bloggers, like the Philosophy Men Model cum actor in Ah Long Pte. Ltd, Daniel Tan, Malaysian Dreamgirl Winner, shoot, can't remember her name..hehe..pretty hot actually..reminds me of Kenny's 2nd sis.

I felt more left out, because I'm a stranger and not a good blogger to be honest :)



We entered at 9, sat at middle row, at the side, more like isolated. HEHE..What to do, we don't know anyone there, and, we're learning to socialising around, but failed. OKLA. Next time, must be more brave.



Movie was good, farny and uncencored, GREAT!! Hated cencored ones. It's sweet and a romantic movie. Remind me a lot of my past.



Good Ending. Fate, meant to be.



Movie ended at 11. Everyone out and said bye and all...got to meet Josh, Adverlet's pioneer. Pretty cool.



Overall rating 7/10 for the movie.

College's 10th Anniversary Carnival and Shopping!

Short and simple post.

Alfa College had 10th Anniversary Carnival in college itself of coz..Each class has to set up a stall, and my class did Sarawak Laksa. My classmate Deric or Zeon's mom and maid did it. Manage to finish the Soup but not the mee hoon. HEHE..Thanks for those who support and buy from us..my mom too.

I had henna-ing on my hand, didn't get to take pic of it, its a ring from the pointing finger to the fore palm to the wrist as a bracelet. My henna-ist, Ms Sarny Kan, did for me. Thank you, and had her to do on my leg, my foot I mean. I wanted to have the same too, a ring and anklet..but Sarny said, do the side, I agree to her and let her do.

Nice?? I just love it!!..Thanks Sarny

I love the design on my foot. Love it love it. Jessey said, if its real tattoo then it would be nicer.. I agree and I will keep that in mind.

I had tarot reading session with my MR. Know-It-All Lecturer, Mr Roger. Well, he does know a lot of stuff, really a lot. As he read my cards, what he interprets my cards, it's soooo accurate bout my past, and what I'm going through now. Bout future, we'll never know, it's just a prediction, wonder it'll happen or not.

5.30 p.m, leave for shopping, my brother dropped me and my friends at One U. Bought some toileteries, and a shoe, A shoe I've been wanted for quite long since early this year, after it was out of stock in KLCC recently, and I finally found it in Nose, One Utama. It's a new stock in One U. So happy. I just bought it despite the height, is higher than normally I wear. I've measured, it's 3 and a half inch high. Sooo gonna be careful with my foot. I know it's just a normal high heeled black pump, but I just love it. It can be casual and formal. :)

Health

Yesterday was Health Day, No, it's on Sunday!
I read an article in Yahoo, about Sleep: A Necessity, Not a Luxury.

I felt so unhealthy now. I sleep late, no, I mean early wee mornings, wake up in the afternoons, skip breakfasts, eat unhealthy food. Gosh. . .

I feel like I'm going to die early with all the deseases, since now I feel that my body aches every time, stomachache and all, constipation. -__________-

Even my face are getting worse, pores are getting bigger, pimples, eyes like panda, hair even getting courser, not shiny. All the bad stuffs are coming up!!!

So unhealthy!!

I feel like setting up the schedule and follow it, but I have doubts in myself.

I hope, and wish I can change my habit, with sleeping early, wake up early, no skipped breakfasts.

This is an article extracted from an email I received about sleeping hours and the side effects of it:


Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

The top five cancer-causing foods are:
1. Hot dogs - Because they are high in nitrates, the Cancer Prevention Coalition advises that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month. If you can't live without hot dogs, buy those made without sodium nitrate.
2. Processed meats and bacon - Also high in the same sodium nitrates found in hot dogs, bacon, and other processed meats raise the risk of heart disease. The saturated fat in bacon also contributes to cancer.
3. Doughnuts - Doughnuts are cancer-causing double trouble. First, they are made with white flour, sugar, and hydrogenated oils, then fried at high temperatures. Doughnuts, says Adams , may be the worst food you can possibly eat to raise your risk of cancer. (No more J&CO, and BIG APPLE???, how can?!!)
4. French fries - Like doughnuts, French fries are made with hydrogenated oils and then fried at high temperatures. They also contain cancer- causing acryl amides which occur during the frying process. They should be called cancer fries, not French fries, said Adams .
5. Chips, crackers, and cookies - All are usually made with white flour and sugar. Even the ones whose labels claim to be free of trans-fats generally contain small amounts of trans-fats.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level. This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.
2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.
3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.
4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.
5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.
6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.
7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.
8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.
9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.
10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain
The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.
2. Not urinating in the morning.
3. Too much eating.
4. Skipping breakfast.
5. Consuming too much medication.
6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.
7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.
8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.'

6 aM

It's 6 in the morning now, what am I doin so early???

I just finished 4 sheets of paper assignments in like..5 hours.. not bad. It's not easy, all the references from books and senior works and lotsa sketches to do. Building Construction Sketches...Not easy. . . So many to go. . .

I have a lot more to go for this assignment. I mean a lot. My eyes are tired and feel little lazy to continue, so, time to sleep, well, before that I still want to drop by to write a random blog.

While I was doing my work, I didn't really concentrate much on my work, I did a lot of thinking and of course watched a skipped Taiwanese series, "They kiss again"

"Over you" by Chris Daughtry, is playing in my player now, before that was "Irreplaceable" by Beyonce. I'm a superstitious person, I always think its a hint for me. Bla Bla bla.

Ok, what I had in my mind earlier, I've been through things, felt all kinds of emotions whether its good or not, some are just silly and stupid mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes, I admit my mistakes if I know it is a mistake. It's just really silly because all depend on emotions and silly feelings. It happens too many times. So, now, I've know my mistake and learn it, and I hope that I won't repeat the mistakes again and again.

The song Better In Time, on the previous post, I will always remember til a certain time of course...

Lucky I have no class later, wanna do work at home and sleep!!!!

Lotsa abandon, stacked up assignments. I always know last minute works sucks, and I'm still doing it. Yes, this is one mistake I must change. Change the habit.

I have an Interior Design Event coming up end of this month in UIA, Gombak. 2 days event. There're competitions and all, tiring. Honestly, I don't really have the interest to join this event, but just because this might be my last year to join because next year, is my final year and must concentrate on finals.
I don't have the interest to join any competition. But heck it. DAMN, FUGU.

Randomly, FUGU, a new word and a meaning behind it, found by Kenny while he's listening to his BIO class. FUGU is actually an eatable but poisoness Japanese fish. Certain part of the fish can be eaten but if ter-eat the wrong part, its the poison. Confusing. The meaning behind the word not the fish..but something else. Wanna know? ask me personally.

Many things came in my mind. Everything. I'm a kind of girl who thinks a lot, negative or positive, imagine all kinds of things. I must control this.

I think I need to do some meditation.

Oh yah, I looked at mirror, I found my face are getting worse..yah, thanks to myself, for sleeping early morning and all the timing are totally off...must adjust..

This is such a random blog. everything is in it...all mu thoughts for now..there're more, but it's time for me to sleep...so stop ere..

Past 2

I guess everyone must be thinking, what has been in my head til now still can't let go of the past. . .

Everyone has been giving me the same answer, same thing...coz I ask the same thing too..

I really want to let go, and forget and able to forgive him and mainly myself.

If there's fate, we might fall in love again, or maybe not and maintain as friends.

What I know for sure, I will find someone who I really want to be with and happy with and of coz Vice Versa.
